How do we do it?  

We have meticulously planned every single detail to provide quality programming executed in a sanitary and safe environment that takes into account all current necessary protocols.

Here are a few highlights:

• Upon entering the facility, each guest will receive an Ottawa Pop Up Events safety kit which includes a mask, a pair of gloves, a bottle of hand sanitizer and 2 alcohol wipes.

• Guests will be housed with their social circle under their own pergola (groups of 10) and each pergola will be spaced 8’ apart leaving ample room between guests.

• The culinary piece will feature the guest Chef’s “best bento box” and drinks will be served from the Ottawa Pop Up Events roaming golf cart.

• Entertainment will play from a large stage allowing for spacing and musicians will be separated by plexiglass barriers. Every pergola will have a view of the stage.
